Rough Idle - No stall, No CEL

Just drive it if it's running. Re-address it if it causes you problems and/or keep your eyes open for a running donor still in a vehicle that you can actually drive and properly test. Yea, it sucks going through several motors . I've done it as well, only because it's usually cheaper to buy 3 or 4 complete motors than to rebuild one.

Drive it, enjoy it, kill it if that's what needs to happen. Start putting some time at fun stuff that'll make it wheelable.

I'm going with this advice. I'm gonna throw my other short block on the stand it tear it down in my spare time. Who knows, maybe I'll build it into a fun motor and swap it in one day. On to shocks to replace these procomps. And maybe some tires as these super swampers are all sorts of uneven. It's screaming for an alignment.
