ROTM voting issues

I've got several SEC guys who are members getting messages saying they are not allowed to vote in the ROTM run off. Are they doing something wrong?

This is the first that I have heard of any problems voting the ROTM. Maybe one of our admins can take a look at it. Please post up a couple of the names of the members who are having issues to make the job a bit easier too.
