I’m looking to rent to one person who is clean, possibly a student and one who appreciates and respects the long hours of another who works full time and goes to school at nights.
I’m taking 13 units, added to the 40+ hours a week I am a busy guy and I’m never home. However when I am home I’m either in the garage working on me jeep, studying, or watching TV on the big screen. I enjoy snowboarding, downhill mtn. biking, offroading, camping, wakeboarding and anything else fun. I work hard and play hard. If you’re one with lots of tools I’ll make room for them in the garage. Only tools will be accommodated for in the garage, I have lots of junk in there; all of which I need and am not willing to part with. The junk stays in the garage; I have a nicely furnished apartment and plan to keep it that way. I have a Cherokee prerunner and a bmw525 dd that are is stored in the garage. So it’s packed. If you have a truck or car that you work on I will be willing to temporarily move my cars out of the garage for you to get your necessary work done. I’ll most likely get under the hood and help you out; I enjoy wrenching. If you have extra things I have a storage unit on the patio that we can store some of your things in.

$575 + utilities
$300 deposit willing to negotiate on this

no my rent is 1375, I park my dd car and jeep in the garage but like i said i'd happily move it for whenever he/she'd like to get work done. The second garage spot however is negotiable. I just don't want something thats going to sit in the spot and become out of commission aka unmovable for several months as i need to do the occasional maintenance on my dd whilst my heep may be unmovable. There is a lot of available parking at my apartments. For 2.5 years I've been maintaining 3 cars (of my own) here and my roomate of course always found a spot as well. So parking really isn't an issue here.

That's funny isn't it, we purchased a really nice 4 bd home that's only 8 years old and we saved $500 a month compared to what we were paying in rent for a 4 bd that's smaller and not nearly as nice. Go figure.

Location my friend. Folsom aint cheap. I'm willing to pay to be close to my work and school. And apts with 2 car attached garages are a rarity. I put a dollar value on the amount of sleep i get which is obviously directly related to commute. Plus i utilize everything tahoe has to offer year round. And yes of course i've thought about owning. As of now i need to say debt free to open up more opportunity for some speculation i'm doing with my newly formed LLC.
