Well when will I receive notice of what my duty will be?

Ahhhh.... sounds like you will be assisting me with ChiaSpeed. I don't anticipate the event taking up much of the day. I am really looking the most forward to just wheeling with the group.

I know that I'm doing that, but what can I do to help setup before everyone is gunna be there? Clearing trails or anything? Cleaning the kitchen, making it sanitary? Flagging the area? I wanna do something. I want more details about my duty as well. (I will not be defeated!)

Believe me.... there will be plenty to do to prepare for the event. I imagine that actual duties for preparation will be assigned on the spot when we are actually there.

Do you recommend one arrive a day in advance, or really early in the morning? To mark one's territory or such? Idk. Never been.

I am pretty sure I will be getting there one day early, and I think that is Kurt's plan as well.

Sweet! I'll be there a day early too then. Setup a campsite. I feel like camping. Hope I can find a spot under some pine trees or with plenty of bush around. I like to bury my tent in a spt where only the front can be exposed. lol. I'm wierd like that.

I am not exactly sure what camp we will be using for this event. I may bring an RV up to sleep in, and base our operations out of.

Yeah I am hoping you bring the RV. Kristie and the kids are counting on it.

As for being there a day early... That is still up in the air. I don't want a bunch of people showing up early when we are trying to get things set up. I will keep the volunteers updated on that subject.
