replacing rear axle shaft

ok, I have the art of replacing the front axle shafts down to a tee. I havn't looked under my rig yet, but how do I get the rear axle shaft out on a dna 35.

jack it up, pop off tires, pop off the diff cover. push the axle into the tube a little and go back to the diff and remove the c-clip that holds it in. after that the axle should slide out.

C-clip or non c-clip D35?

For the above c-clip instructions, don't forget the step of removing the differential cross-pin in order to push the axleshaft inward, allowing the c-clip to fall free of the side gear.
