Where would I find a paint code on my 89 xj
I have a parts jeep that seams tp be the same color but i want to find out for sure before i go swapping fenders

On early XJ's, (84-90) the paint code is on the little plate riveted to the drivers side corner of the engine bay. The paint code is above the VIN. The VIN is on the bottom of the plate, so look for the code printed above the VIN in the middle.
