Removing small to medium sized dents with computer duster

Just curious if anyone has tried this, seems like a good idea. I'm gonna try it on a few dings I have this weekend.

This only works for a dent where there is no stretching of the underlying metal. Most dings have a sharp edge and that will not go away.

This is the same idea as popping a hail dent. It works on some but not all.

Basically the same concept as the dry ice method my dad taught me years ago, never thought to use the computer duster though.

yeah it works unless it's creased

lot easier to reach behind the panel with your hand and push the dent out with your palm

I never knew there was a method such as this. This may work on my sons YJ cowl where a baseball hit it.

Just tried it, took two dents out of my grand cherokee in about 30 seconds!

I also tried it, but with no luck. I'm gonna give it another try tomorrow with my girlfriends hair drier which gets far hotter than the old crappy one at my house.

You can do pretty much the samething with one of these. and these will pull dents with an edge, but the edge won't come out.

ive used a plunger on my door.
