Rear stretch with 63" chevy leafs

The numbers on the leaf pack are 01-322. Do a google search of "superlift leaf 01-322" and it should lead you right to them.

ok well upon searching:

8" chevy kit for 1/2 to 3/4 ton pick-ups and Blazers

i am guessing that i am going to try to source a 6 inch leaf since that seems to be a little high... i am also guessing that a 4,6 inch leaf spring is the asme length as the 8 inch so i might be building a leaf pack using stock and superlift springs to achieve a better ride because i need rear droop bad b/c my RE springs are a little too stiff for my liking

from pirate:

just searched superlifts site........seems they list 01-322 for all year blazer/jimmys....

Then when u get into the trucks they get into 52" rear leafs.....

So i have to look for 8" springs for a blazer....

Then they goto a 56"........Hmmmmmmmm

so with maybe some fabbing i could relocate the spring perch to fit a 56-57 inch spring and achieve a few inches of stretch

Yep.... That's why I have 2 spare sets. The departure angle will improve when I put on bigger tires, those only measure out to 33".

I guess I just don't understand the benefit if such a long spring. You get more droop and way less departure angle. That's about it, right? Or am I missing something?
