Rear Flex

You don't want to know :D

Seriously though, unless you have a lot of fabbing experience and still really want this I would go with some of the available kits.
I'm a big fan of Rock Krawler's stuff. They offer a rear 4 link using coilovers that is very nice.
Kinda pricy, but nice.

Keep in mind, when going this far the entry price is just that; entry.
I've spent almost as much time and money tweeking, tuning, and repairing as the actual building.

Is the rear of that RK coil conversion kit triangulated?

Yes.
They recently switched from a 3 link (top wishbone) design to the current triangulated 4 link.
It's all in the tech section of their website.

Wow... that is probably a pretty bas a$$ kit then. That is something I will do in a couple years (when I get a tow rig) and the Jeep is a trailer queen =)

For what its worth... Im getting results like this with the RE 4.5" superflex kit. I have 33 x 12.5s. Thats on a ramp, but I get it to do that on the trail no problem. Good ride, good flex, held up good so far, not too terribly expensive...

One day I would LOVE to link it in the rear though. But first Im doing long arms and going a bit bigger.

I myself am runnin about 6 leafs per side built from a set of XJ packs and a 2" shackle ..and I have a set of early Dakota leafs sittin in my garage when I lgo to 35's..........I cant find any of my poser pics but I love em

Big Offroad leafs flex pretty well when you are carrying the 300+ pounds of gear that they require to function properly. Here's a shot of my rig flexing out just as well as the front

JKS boomerangs in there too.

ok this is how i flex the rear swaybar is off and so is my rear tire off the ground that is. I dont like losing traction

Is your front sway bar disconnected? These are Rusty's 4.5" springs, discoed front & rear. JIM.

At least you have better flex than this guy.

National springs, whatever ones Mark Hinley gpot built is what you'd want (if you have ohh $500) They are 10 or 11 thin leafs in each pack and flex well.
