Ok, that is what i have doen to mine so far, cut some off and folded over. I wold not want to hack a few inches off the rear.
 
yea, don't put us highschool kids down, I'm 17, and a junior and have had a job for about 3 years now, my list of toys is pretty big, and I have paid for all of it.

Yeah i hate rover's too, but you think SHE actually bought it. Cmon man it was Daddy's choice. She's hot, nice and generous, that's a damn good start. Anyway, Daisy Duke doen't exist in the notheast.
 
Kinda been out of the whole Highschool convo even though i started it... Outback Steakhouse beeeeches. Mad loot. The only "help" i ever got from my parents was getting the xj for $1k. It was passed from a family member and i bought it. Paid for all the mods and all the servicing done by yours truely. Lift install by yours truely. The only things i'd get a shop to do are SYE and gears. On with the PICS!!!

Exactly, im a senior in high school and work from 20-40 hours a week to build my jeep. It is currently in the garage in peices getting all new springs and sunspension parts. when done im going to have it at about 6.5" lift. I also just ordered my beadlocks and i already have a geared and locked 44 in the rear, hoping the add a front locker to my 30 soon. My dad did buy my jeep but I pay for everything from here on out...
