Re wiring a 99

I am totally wiring my Jeep. I am using a painless style 22 circuit harness. Is anybody familiar with the wiring in the steering column? Also the wires going into doors for Windows etc. I will take and post some pics.

That's a extremely challenging task so my first question would be why? Other than that you would need a FSM to get all the wiring info. I had to rework my engine harness and it turned out a lot more complicated than I would have liked.

Gotta go with RCP Phx on this one.
Why are you doing this?
Do realize how many separate harnesses are in a '99 XJ?
Off the top of my head I am going with at least 20.
Just the little door jamb plungers that turn on your interior lights
when you open the doors are separate little harnesses.
As a matter of fact I have been hoarding harnesses.
Picking them up off Ebay and out of the boneyard if the price is right.
Really don't know why though. LOL.
