RE Super-Flex track bar/Ironman4x4fab bracket spacers?

I picked up an RE1660 track bar and am trying to mount to an Ironman4x4fab offset track bar bracket. The width on the bar end is 1.625 and the width on the bracket is 2.625. Would there be a problem to use a couple of .5 long beefy bushings as spacers on the bolt?

Not "bushings" but a couple of steel spacers.

May turn out to be too many bandaids... I just realized the RE end has a 1/2 bolt and the tb bracket is 9/16.
