Re-Do Exhaust or Window Tint? Opinions Wanted

Asked this over on Jeepforum. Got my exhaust done about a year ago and had all new piping done and tucked up with a FM Super 10 muffler...sounds good at idle, but its getting kind of annoying. I was thinking of going with a Magnaflow muffler but also wanted to get my windows tinted all the way around. Currently, only my front 2 windows are NOT tinted, but the others are, they are just faded and you can basically see clearly inside the jeep. The window tint will be around $200 and the muffler is $80 plus the cost of welding it up at a shop which I am guessing from my experience is around $50-60. Which would would you guys do? I cannot do both at the moment. Just want opinions...

Go.

Strip the rest of the windows and do exhaust.

Tough call. Personally I like a nice sounding exhaust, but I also like tinted windows so it's not so obvious what I may or may not have inside as well as the temperature difference inside come summer...

That being said i've got all but one of my windows tinted, and my exhaust is rusting away in chunks.

I think i'd go for the exhaust first...an annoying exhaust will get on your nerves far quicker than not having tinted windows.

Exhaust, right now my pipe has come off at the header, so it's like running an open header, and it's fun to set off car alarms but annoys me a LOT more than not having tint would

Tinted windows are a pain IMO on the trail... and i tint for a living.

Well, there is nothing wrong with my exhaust, I just want to swap out the muffler. I had the guy do 2.5" piping from the collector all the way back to the exit. The fact that my tint has faded and you can see everything in my jeep bothers me, but I know its probably gonna cost considerably more than buying a magnaflow and having it welded up....just not sure.

Summer is around the corner...

If I could only do one of these projects for now, I'd swap out the exhaust. My reasoning is that winter has to finish up and spring will be here (and I usually have my windows down in spring anyway). That way, I wouldnt be annoyed by the exhaust when the nice weather comes.

In the meantime, I'd put back some pennies to have the tint job done if I werent planning to do it myself. I have tinted windows on my XJ and it was nice during the summer (with the AC). So...theres my .02 worth.
