RE 4.5 coils and RE LCA's install

Just look for any tips when installing my new lower controll arms and coils. 1)Should the truck be on jack stands when installing the LCA's or on the ground?

2) Install the coils first or the LCA's first?

any tips?

well your going to have to take the control arm off if you don't have a coil compressor so unless you want to take it off twice i would recommend the coil first and im not trying to be blunt either
