The problem this time of year it isn't snow anymore. It is more like a snow cone, just turns to ice as soon as you put the weight of a jeep on it. It can make progress almost stop completely.

R.Des.Jardin I hope you don't hate mud too much, Kaner can have it's fair share of mud. Most all other trails seem to be fairly mud free.
