Questions on LP D30 to HP D30 swap

I have acouple questions on what i can swap over from my LP D30 to the HP D30. The HP D30 im buying already has the 297 joints but i wanted to ask if i could use my brake rotors and calipers???

I have a 2000XJ and swapping from LP D30 to a HP D30 axle.

Does anyone have some good technical info on what i can swap over?

Any information is very much appreciated and open to all opinions!

What year is the donor axle?

EDIT: There are some differences with calipers, etc. but I do not know what years are what. I went from an '84 CAD axle to a '93 non-CAD axle and had to use the calipers from the '93 axle. I also installed some Alloy USA 27 spline shafts and no issues.

Even if the calipers and rotors are different, you could swap the knuckles over too. Ta-da!
