Questions about my 8.25"

I have a '95 XJ with an Chrysler 8.25" axle. The past while i have been hearing a noise that sounds like it is coming from my axle. It seems that I can only hear it when going around corners. It happens in both acceleration, and deceleration. I think it may be an axle bearing, but I have no idea.
Anyone who would be willing to share advice from the the same experience or who would have any idea, i would greatly appreciate their help.
