Project Geosynchronous Orbit

I think I'd have to do about 100 mph to clear a 60 ft tabletop considering how much my MJ weighs.
Did you learn nothing in physics? You'd have to go 100 mph no matter how much your MJ weighs. Everything falls at the same rate.

edit: damn Ken beat me to it...

yeah, by like 3 hours. How long do you take to type?!

I'll start the colins chiropractor fund while you are launching into outer space, hope those kia race bumpstops do their job

suspension seats -> no chiropractor necessary

Seriously. They're nice.

Everything went pretty well at the race. I wasn't going all out since I had never even had a chance to open this thing up completely.

Got beat in the first round. I think I could have won if I didn't screw up (stopped at the first staging area) but hindsight's 20/20. It was all confusing to me since it was my first race.

Cooling system worked beautifully, I need a smaller steering wheel, and a tighter orbital would be nice but it worked ok enough.

Thanks guys.

Yeah it felt somewhat fast but like I said I wasn't flooring it since I had never really had a chance to open it up for a longer period than 10 seconds.

They have another race next month that I'm gonna try to get in on. Maybe I'll be more comfortable then. I should also have the fuel injection finished by then as well.

with some luck you'll also have a much slower cherokee to race against and make you feel a little better about yourself

looked slow from the outside, but it sure doesn't look slow from behind the wheel I bet...

Did you have a gopro running by any chance?

Linkage and throttle cable bracket made. Haven't been able to spend much time on this.

Goal is to have fuel injection done by Rocktoberfest at the end of this month.
