PROJECT FLIP FLOP SUPER SWAP

install acos in front, and adjustable track bar, and get 2 different sizes shackles with shackle relocation boxes...then buy 35's and 33's. then you can decide a few days before you go somewhere how tall you want to be.

or i give another vote for 33's :) then again, i've never driven an xj on 35's

I don't know why Dan is so against it.....:D

35's keep a good driver comfortably wheeling in larger company but is still not too much for light trail riding and covering a lot of ground.

Rode over 20 miles of trails today and still went and played where the big jeeps play before we went home.

Short"all of it was fun"xjdoug

Being on 33" and rear locker, I don't have any problems on Orange, Green or white at BadLands...never tried Red but would like too, just don't want to hold up a group because of me. Made it up Carnage at the Cliffs with no problems. Just have to be wise in what you do...

that being said I want to try 35" and F/R locker...eventually

Sean does some crazy stuff on 33"s. I like my 35" but like I said before I should have went 33"s with built stock axles or 37" creepies with 60s. 35"s are just a odd size for axle dependability.

The biggest reason I liked my 35"s because I can air down to 4psi and still have the clearance

Doing that on the 33's I dragged the diff on everything.

I rode in a TJ all day yesterday with 44's front and rear with Moser shafts on 35's. It held together well but he doesn't have 400hp! :D

i was on skinny 33s for years. i dont typically brag about the "crazy $hit" i have done, but they usually surprised people when i wheeled with them.

that being said, im on 35" kevlars now and would never go back.

im on 35s because i like the look of the big 35in tire
and i have a 6in lift on it

my current jeep has not been wheeled yet. but my old one was wheeled about 3 or 4 times a year. now im hoping to get this one out there much more but time will tell.

so with that being said, i went with a 6in lift and 35s because i think it looks cool:D
