Nah, I did a compression check on it right after I got it running, and it's got good compression across the board. New bearings and having the crank turned and polished will make it last for a good long while, especially since it'll be mostly a trail rig anyway.

Well, I can look at it one of two ways....I'm either extremely lucky, or extremely idiotic! I realized that I forgot to prelube the output shaft in the t-case with assembly lube when I was putting it all back together

Now I've got to take it all back apart and redo it. *sigh* :bawl:

No biggie! Now that I know how it all goes together it should be a breeze! LOL!

I love my local junkyard! I scored a pair of 8.8 u-bolt plates from an F150, 1310 companion flange from a Ranger, and a front driveshaft from a Grand Cherokee, all for a grand total of $21.40 :yelclap:

Dropped the driveshaft off at the local driveline shop to have it lengthened, and it should be ready tomorrow.

It's getting there!!!!!!!!

Rear driveshaft is in, t-case is redone, trimmed front fenders, mounted winch bumper, made new track bar mount......:roll:
