Just gotta final weld it and do a little smoothing then it goes out for chrome...

These little caps were tedious to fabricate...

The hatch side is capped too...

Frame tie in...

Missed this.
You mean the hole through the 2X6 box? I used a cutoff wheel to make the initial slits then finnished off with a jigsaw.
