No way. Unless he didn't forgot to list it, I assume he is running the 35's on stock axles. Not to good. And why would he be runnin beadlocks. He obviously doesn't wheel it if he has those chrome step bars that hang down about a foot and offer no protection. He can't expect to get all the money back that he put into it. I would offer like 5K if I even wanted it.

he's in Chesapaeke Va.. thats basically Norfolk/Va Beach area... big Navy town. i lved there for 3 years and the one thing i learned is that there are tons of Navy guys with cool rigs.. they ship out for extended periods and when they get back home they have a big chunk of $$ sitting waiting for them.... within walking distance of the bases are litelrally dozens of used car lots with shiny musclecars and lifted toys just lined up waiting to be bought by some sailor whos tired of walking.. that rig looks like everything else down there.. (all due respect to those non-posers in the area) he probably got screwed by the shop that built it for him and now he cant make payments and wants to get out from under it..... nice looking rig but he's stuck with it unles he can find another poser with $$ in hand...

you couldn't pay me money to run a skyjacker lift. That cradle is such a POS design.

In contrast, my 97 XJ with 50K miles, 38s/hummers, D60/9"/14B hybrid, long arm, cage, atlas would probably fetch around 10-12K. I could get more parting it.
 
I'd say he could get 7 w/o too much work, if he hadn't set the starting bid at 12k...my stock 96 was $4500 when I bought it, Blue Book was around $5-6000.

In 29 Palms (where I bought my Trooper) there's lots of dealers with crap for sale. Nice looking crap, but crap none the less. I owned that Trooper for 6 months. It spent one impounded, 2 weeks in the shop, and a week or 2 sitting in the parking lot because it was broken. The impound was for breaking on the highway and not being able to afford an 80 mile tow truck ride or find someone with a vehicle capable of towing it back...

FUUUCCCCKKK THAT...im born american made, its in my blood. My old man would shoot me, and id shoot myself. Anyone who knows me, knows i hate ricers with a passion. my first car was a camaro and i still have it. . If you think im ricer, step into my back yard, or better yet, take a look at one of my tattoos.... so fuck that "this guys a ricer" bullshit

Im currently looking for another xj, and i dont search all day, just in my spare time, you know between my 2 jobs and full time school.
