power steering bracket belt adjusting bracket bolts

Hey so I have a 1995 and it has the pain in the ass belt tensioner, as I was loosening the two bolts on the back of the pump I realized that the top bolt is missing. Does anyone know what that bolt size is? I know its a 13mm, I need the length and thread count if anyone knows it please.

Bumping an old thread because I need the exact same bolt, plus the front top bolt, too.
