The switch is great for going up long grades of hills. You get that passing gear so to say. If you guys have the switch try it out. On flat ground it does nothing, going up a hill is where it shined and before my gear swap, 3.55 with 33" it was a life saver. I don't use it to much now with 4.11's and 33" but at least its there. Juice
