Here's my Ukraine Train variation. Lower section is fabbed, along with hidden winch tray.

No rear bumper yet. At some point this winter, I'll build a minimalist 1.5" round tube bumper with an integrated tire carrier. I'm a fan of strength in geometry, not in weight.

I don't have pics of my bumper yet. But Nates 4X4 has some nice bumpers. I DO NOT RECOMMEND them at all because of the customer service is got to be the worst around. I got his front bumper. I wanted his slimline but I did not need the winch bumper. I have seen his take some hits at 20 to 30 mph with one little dent. about 2 inches wide and less than 1/2 inches deep.

Rear is Wilderness Products (Garvin Industries). Also awesome, zero rattles from the spare tire mount! Sorry, that's the best shot I have of the rear...

Thats an interesting place to put lights. I like it. On another off topic note. How do you like that XRC8 with synthetic line?

the lights are there because the grill broke and it was cheaper to buy the $20 lights and gain some function then replace the grill- and i actually havent used the winch or line yet-just ordered both and that was the first run with either on the jeep

I have an XRC8 mounted on it now. Love the winch, and really love the bumper. It was custom made for the guy I bought the jeep from.
