I found a deal that I am not in a position to take advantage of so I thought I would post it here in case one of you might be interested.

I went and looked and it has a dana 44. If I remember it has a 242 t-case. His Harmonic balancer came apart and that is why it has been parked. He also said it needs a fan (I didn't get a chance to look under the hood, he was not there and it was locked). The rear lift is just blocks. I don't remember if it had factory skids. It has high mileage but he says it runs well. He thought it had dana 35 front and rear and a "factory front locker that all wagoneers come with". Anyway, here's the catch, I don't think he has a title. He said he bought it from a junk yard so he must have some kind of paperwork? I was going to get it for the rear end, take any other parts that I needed and haul it to the junk yard but I already have 3 xj's, a 79 waggy and a 49 willys truck on my parents property and they already want me to thin the herd. Oh, he already said he would take $300 and I got the feeling he might come down more? I haven't contacted him in a week so I hope this is still there or I typed all this for nothing.
