Ya can't 'post' images that are stored locally on your computer. You'll need to upload them to a web image hosting service, then link to them using the IMG tags(uppercase).

Use the the insert image icon(yellow w/green mountains) to insert the tags.

Have a look through some old posts in this(Support) forum for compatible hosting services--not all of them work.
