state law eforcement does not have the power to enforce any laws regarding to NFA, federal only. But then again I still wouldn't want to lose my SBR, guess I cant bring mine

Il.Conservation police have jurisdiction state wide to enforce any law state or federal.

That read to me that they can enforce federal conservation laws. I know it may be different but here I was told by an officer that only federal agents can enforce.

I would still do what they say though, no need to get into more trouble lol
