Had a wonderful time. Though it was endless it felt. I had more damage the second day than any other day. I think it was mostly fatigue though. It was raining, hailing, and even snowing at some parts of the trip.

Overall it was great fun, but the rig needs some TLC before I can hit up trails anytime soon!

I slide (sideways) into this rock, about 1 foot

Shot looks like The Mist (movie) to me.

This is what the trail was like almost everywhere. Constantly had to pay attention or you'd run into a rock and break something

I didn't listen to the spotter, and got stuck.

Trying to get out, but high centered

This guy followed the line I wanted, and almost flipped over. Glad I didn't follow it

This was much harder than it appeared

Lets follow the road... where should we go?

Hmm, where the XXXX is the trail

Care to take a guess?

This was a rather tight spot

Great pictures Drew. I wish I could have made it although I would have really held things up. Looked very slick. I dig the granite beauty marks. :worship:

I take it with the weather fishing was out?

Get the Jeep cleaned back up for Deer Valley.

I was just glad I wasn't the one holding people up. The only time I held anyone up was when I got stuck, but the guy behind me almost flipping his rig made mine look simple :).

Yeah I wanted to fish, but the weather never cleared long enough to do any fishing. I was very disappointed.

I want to make it to deer valley, but not sure if I'll have the money to do it with some work contract issues... but if I can I will be there!!!

Great pics Tenny, did you go in at Loon and do the whole trail? I'm going to be up there next month at some point, just curious how the trail is all the way through, I've only taken my junk as far as Spider before I got the lockers in. I'm going to shoot for making it all the way this time!

The Rubicon always finds a way to put a nice dent in a clean rig. I still remember how clean my rig was pre-Rubicon. 3 Rubicon trips later she is a little bruised but still lovely in my eyes. Good report.

We went in at Went Worth Springs (Sp) but we went all the way through from there. I think next time I'd prefer to go in at Loon Lake.

No doubt! I banged up my bumpers and rockers pretty good just going as far as Spider. Now I have the JCR sliders and a nice heavy duty front bumper so hopefully future trips will be more kind to the rig!!

Great pics... I love that country and that trail. I have not run it in my XJ (not ready yet), but I am looking forward to getting a little fresh body work from the 'Con. I remember how good my YJ looked with the rear quarters rock rashed and shoved up!

I just got back from Rubithon. Son in law drove his Toyota, I rode along. He bent the drag link for the 3rd time of the day into a smiley face right where that plaque is.

Thanks to the Jeepers who stopped to help the broken toyota.

Amen. We went over Father's Day weekend and came in from Loon Lake and went back out through Wentworth Springs. Wentworth Springs was waaaay tougher than Loon Lake (didn't look like a lot of traffic has been going that way; somebody (or everybody) must be smarter than us...As we finished the trail, there was a stock TJ getting ready to go in from Wentworth (it may still be there)...

SO ya didn't wait for me? I know you enjoyed it... how did the rig do? And yes, I know I still haven't sent your caps! :wow:
