parts of upper new york state had power. i was there during the blackout, didn't even realize what happened.....

besides, lots of light polution is caused by headlights........

also, parts of ontario are shown to have lights.....the photochopper needs a geography lesson.

I'm calling bullshit on this one.

jeezus! take a look at the land! its black like the water, elsewhere, the land is a deep purple.....unlit land still shows up as something other than black....
