Bought this brand new last fall. This has worked outstanding for us in a 2,000 sq. foot home. It kept the house at 70 on the -30 degree nights we had this winter. It is thermostat driven, so it turns on and off on its own. The only reason I am selling is because we are moving into a house with natural gas. This will also come with piping to put in the corner at a 45. This is currently in use at our home if you are interested in seeing it work. I would consider a trade for a natural gas wall heater plus cash.
