Any way to password lock my background on windows XP home SP2. so my buddies quit putting odd items on it?

Thanks

Fergie

password the screensaver and set the screensaver time for like 2 minutes....

Find the background image and make the file read only using attribute command. Thats If I understand you correctly and they are editing your background image on you. If they are changning it to a different image everytime you step out of your cube for 4 minutes, nope. Only way I know of is to lock the screen.
Xwindows is fun, you can export a display to anothe machine, we used to pop the new SI swimsuit edition up with xview, forced the newbies to read about x and how it works so they could stop it. :D

Fight fire with fire dude, let the air out of their tires.

Figured it out last night.

Had to go into regedit and change a bunch of things, but thye wont be able to change it now.

And to top it off, I went on their comps and changed the regedit, so now they have tubgirl waiting for them, and they wont be able to cahnge it.
