Password help

Seems a buddy of mine can't remember his password, and can't figure out how to get it sent to him?

He's actually undergoing chemo for Lymphoma, and I can't imagine being stuck at home, and not being able to post up here! I told him I'd post for some help.

I hve sent a password re-set email. If he does not see it, tell him to check the hotmail account that he used in his profile.

Also, when a log-in fails, he should be presented with a link to have his password reset.
