millies auto and truck salvage yard had 3 er 4 XJs last time i checked - I believe a couple of these if you are looking for the Pre 97 types. millies is on Illinois street down by the base....

since you said non-power everything I'm guessing you are looking for post 97 models - didnt notice that before.
ACS Used Auto Parts (illinois street) had some 97+ parts i think 520-747-8965
Parts For Less on Swan had a 97 and a 98 XJ - 571-7899
Chucks Trucks on the North West side of town (on camino de la tierra) had a 2000 XJ - phone is 292 9114
Aviation Auto Wrecking on drexel also had some xj parts i believe... 5741700
not that its much help but All Parts on 36th had a 93 XJ - 791-9900
