Parking brake stuck

yeah ive been driving around with it on thinking it might just break free but its still stuck and you can tell its not just the light on cuz the right rear wheel feels pretty warm compared to the left, and i can hear it at low speeds - but its driveable. Im gonna have to wait til the weekend to get a better look at it and ill try to put up some pics of inside the drum and underneath.

If the cables aren't obviously tight then i'd say your auto adjusters are adjusted in too far... try pulling the drum off... look near the bottom of the assymbly... youll see a small cylindrical thing with a small gear on it... lift the spring loaded arm and twist the top towards you... this will loosen the adjuster... hope in it and drive it... slam on the brakes a couple times and that should set the adjuster... let us know...
