Hey Gang,
This is not intended to be an advertisement for our club - but a chance for anyone to get Paragon memberships for CHEAP!! And...the fact that we need 20 people to sign up to have it go through.

These membership will allow you to get in FREE for an entire year (Jan 05-Jan 06).

Requirements:
minimum of 20 applications to receive the discount
Both the application AND the release of liability waiver need to be filled out completely (including all the spots for initials)
Completely fill out BOTH of the following forms and submit them with your check.
