owner of a white xj (modesto)

Any of our sierra members from modesto own the white xj
looks like 6.5 inches of lift and 33" tires

I liked his bumpers and roof rack and wanted to know if they were bought or build.
i saw the jeep parked at Teriyaki king on prescott road.
