Wow, looking good. How did Troy get the inner c's on? Did he take it to work and use a press ? I was going to use a really big hammer and pound them on but, I heard bad things can happen that way.

Lots of elbow grease with a little help from a rose bud and a hammer. I think one of the knuckles is in place, the other needs to be moved an additional 1/8" in and 7 degrees more.

I was thinking the same thing, & I've heard that billet KP's do not hold up well to hammering.

I'm having an interesting moment... In my past life in adult smut, I also used the terms hammer, rosebud and elbow grease, but they all had vastly different connotations.

and the inner C's/pinion are all set to the proper angle(s).

Well, the full hydro ram and the orbital valve finally showed. The ram is retarded big with a 1.5" push rod.

Then we started to assemble the axle to get an idea where the ram goes.
