however after learning of their pricing I decided only to get a grill and headlamp bucket i needed. I guess they make more money off the scrap metal than the parts

i beleive it was, engine was a 4 cyl carb and the trans was gone.

forgot to ask, does anyone know how to tell if coil springs are lift springs other than stick 'em on and see?

I'm thinking about going back for those mj springs and shackles but like i said, the prices are pretty high. the picture of the grill 2 wagoneer buckets and one regular bucket and a turn signal was close to 70 bucks including the red grill i purchased

cool, i will have to come up that way and snag them!

as for the springs, you can jack up the axle till the jeep starts lifting and measure from there. and then on you jeep and the difference is either lift or lower. other then that you'll have to thrown them on you jeep to know for sure

Alot of us like "synders" in belton Texas. There prices are great and there is alot of Cherokees there

If you have the time, you can head out to Roosevelt, OK. The whole damn town is LITERALLY a junkyard. The only places in town not surrounded by junkers is the gas station and the post office

well i used to drive from flagstaff to south phoenix for a day of pickin'... how much of the town is "self service"? and are there a good amount of jeeps down there?

I see it's down by the Wichita Mountain Wildlife Refuge. Never been there, maybe a good camping/picking weekend

Yeah... What he said... Not exagerating a bit...It is literally a town of 200 people and there are 10,000 or more cars... And pricing is awesome. He had a 4wd 4 cyl. auto XJ (4.56s I believe?)he priced both axles at $250 pulled...

It's all self service. I went out there and came home with a hitch, spare axle shafts front and rear. I spent all of $50.
As with all JYs, stock rotates. THey don't crush that often, but it does happen from time to time.
