Offroad Expo

hey everyone, i will be up there on saturday. Ivan Aby, its always a good thing to go. since you have all those tools you are now capable of building things. the expo is a good place to get ideas from, and learn from those who have already done it, and you can see how it turns out.

Any of you guys traveling from Orange County???

IF I could bum a ride that would be great, my jeep is going to be on display at the Offroad expo and I need a ride on

Saturday (and back )

and also on Sunday, (just there, I will drive my jeep back)

Is the expo really worth it, barring beer and good weather?

I have my lift, have the SYE, have rims and tires, have welder to build bumpers, skids and sliders...

Should I waste my time or sleep in?

It's good time to get some one-on-one face time with factory people. Check out the fabrication and metalwork these guys are doing nowadays, it truely is artwork. Get bathroom reading material. Check out the eye candy. Last year Jeepspeed had a four or five XJ's to check out.

They had some really good stuff their last time. Yea they have abit of everything from full on trophy trucks to rock krawlers not to mention some very nice jeepspeed, those r great even if u dont wromp your rig thru the desert it gives some new ideas on what to reinforce and can strenthen. They hand out aton of free posters and stickers which are always good.

I'm new to this group, I'll be there Sunday. Going to bring my 01 lifted Silverado to see if I can sell it!!! Once I sell that I'm going to completely redo my 99 XJ.

Not that I could figure out who any of you are, it would be nice to meet some of the local XJ people.
