i realized that being a jeep guy i know nothing of where to look for 4runner stuff. do you guys?

i really want to throw a cheap lift on my dads 2000 4runner and have been searching and the cheap spacer lifts arent cheap for those things. and coils and shocks 3" lift is like 1200$ !!! i could literally buy a lifted cherokee on 31's/33's for around that price!!!!
anyone know of a good yota forum i could search on for junkyard upgrades for a 2000 4runner? im thinking the situation like using a different years front coils on the rear and maybe some kinda 1.5-2" spacer for the front and try to keep the lift under 80$ since im super cheap and i was jsut going to show up one day and install it. and then maybe buy some decent rear shocks and call it done.
any ideas for junkyard upgrades? in the same idea as like zj coils type ideas?
oh and ill never get rid of my jeep i love my jeep more than anything..... and if he ever considered buying an expensive lift id force him to buy a lifted cherokee instead. im not going to the dark side or anything. just want to work on someting different over winter break...

ive bene searching a bit. im considering those bilstein adjustable front struts and adjusting them at 1.25" and then some of those 1/2" trim packers to get the front to about 1 3/4 and then some 2" rear coils and some reasonable shocks for the rear of it. i feel good about the rear. i dont know enough about the 4runners to know if the adjustable front struts at 1.25" is bad?

yotatech.com is a good place

Did all of my research there when I was thinkin bout building up an 85 yota... but that went out the window when the 'rents said I needed airbags :badpc:
