OEM Front Tow hooks and brackets

I have a set of OEM front tow hoods (chrome, bling, bling) and brackets.
They are in ok shape (some paint peeling, small bend in one, easily bent strait and painted). I do not have all of the nuts and bolts for them but I do have some.

I want $35 for the pair with hooks plus shipping from 98270 (seattle WA area).
