I just cant make up my mind anymore.. I love the simplicity of the XJ.. but it's so damn gutless.. I'm not even gonna lie to myself, I know i want another 5.9 ZJ.. But I am WAY over the headache of my last one

Yea that guy's rig was pretty sweet, clean too!

I've seen that rig on CL from 6k to 12k
My fav part is how much bump steer he has cuz of his OTK steering and under the axle trackbar

I've thought about doing a V8 swap. But I'd rather do all that work on something with a frame and re-sell value..
A V8 swapped XJ is still a $2500-$5000 jeep. Adds almost Zero value. Yet a v8 swap in a YJ/TJ will be a real selling point.
