It's hard to see, but there's a Bridgeport style mill in front of that fork lift.

I want it!!!

Lower ball joint on a Dana 30, passenger side. No matter what I do I can't get it to come out. I've hit it with a full size sledge hammer, hit the a arm that it's in, it won't budge. I don't have a press otherwise I'd try that, but idk what else to do. I've smacked it pretty dam hard with that 8lb sledge hammer.

Any advice?

Yeah. Option A: rent a ball joint press, Option B: Buy a ball joint press.

Rent:autoZone
Buy:Harbor freight

Please don't do the hammer method. That stresses me out!

Wait a minute... How did you cut the door off? Pics or it didn't happen

lol ya, got a $10 grinder from HF and a cutting disk and just un bolted the door then cut the lower part of the hinge off just like all the write ups show for the early style hinges. lol not hard at all lol

So how do your doors line up?

Line up perfect, hits the latch everytime, no sagging at all. That 35 min was literally 2 min taking door off, 3 min cutting hinges and backing plate and 30 min of me taking my sweet time making sure the door lined up correctly lol probably could take less time but I wanted to make sure my door didnt sag.

I wish I had good doors on my rig when I bought it :p

Well, tomorrow is the day guys!! I'm 95% done getting all my stuff prepped for my interview with Boeing tomorrow. I'm pretty darn excited!!

I just got lucky that my late model came with the early style hinges, I can assure you if I had the late model style hinges, I probably wouldn't be door less lol
