Yep. The later MPI engine uses a screw on cap, I figured since I had gone that far I might as well keep going.

I have one of them just like that. But mine has some sort of electrical problem now. Just be driving along and it will just start running like crap and back firing between shifts.

Probably close but not just like mine, mine has about every mod you can do on a 2.5l without forced induction so mines probably got at least 3.5 more HP then yours.

I like my little 4 banger, and I decided that if I ever take the 2.5l out i will go to a V8 rather then mess with a 6 cylinder.

I would have loved a set up like that but for now this will work, I gained 2lo and a 7.4:1 double low so that will be nice. Im also beefing up the rear case to help with the extra torque so as long as the rear 231 doesnt split the housing it should hold up pretty well.
