Yes absolutely. And if your going to try and get those numbers it better be the correct year motor. 455 wasn't available until the 1970 model year I'm pretty sure. I know Pontiac had 421, 428, and 389 in 66 I use to be pretty knowledgeable back when I lived in the Midwest. You should also decode the vin and find out if it was a tri- power car.

Primed today, paint tomorrow. Then all I will just need is wood for the deck and a plate. This building a trailer in your shop at home takes way to long.

It would have been a faster project if I had a real 220v welder and more funds.
