NWC BOD 11' Nominations

Northwest Chapter Board of Director nominations are now open.

The positions needing filled are NWC President, Vice President, and Secretary/Treasurer. The positions are for a one year term starting Jan 1, 2011 - Dec 31, 2011. You must be a current member in good standing to run for office.

If you think you know of someone who would be a good fit for one of these positions, talk with them and see how they feel. We have a lot of good members who would be perfect candidates for these positions. I believe the NWC is heading in the right direction, but in order for it to stay that way we need a good leadership.

Step up and give it a shot! If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

How to make a nomination:

A member in good standing may nominate a nominee. A second member must then 'second' the nomination for it to become official. At that time the nominee may accept or decline the position.

Also, be sure to check the Members Forum for National BOD nominations.

I like the set up we have, but I don't think elections are ever supposed to go smooth. So just to stir the pot a little I am going to nominate WaXJ_Skier for prez.

I like how he stirs the pot all around the board. Plus with the current political tactics while running for office, I am sure Torx could make a great slam add against him..
