I would think the NW Chapter would be obligated just for you being in Alaska. You don't get much more North West than that!

excellent ... is there a chapter web page ? right now it's a stock 98 XJ limited .. looking at RE6020 and 31 MTR or something for DD light wheeling then let it grow up intoa RE6111 4.5 kit . when time and moiney allows ..this is my 2nd wheeling rig so I dont want to get crazy

If you are looking to do that than I would get a kit with full leaf packs OR just get a BB with shackles/spacers for now than you can add a 3" kit later OR do the BB, take your time and get deals on parts for that 3" kit (meaning buy leafs, coils, trackbar, discos, brake lines, control arms....as you can afford them) it may save you some money.
