NP231 [23 Spline/XJ] - WANTED!!

Well my transfer case has seen better days... and it's time for a new one... Looking for:

*NP231
-23 Spline
-Good condition
-Electronic Speedo [preferred]
-'96+ [sealed outputshaft]

If you have one, or know of one let me know, OR if you are in any salvage yards and see one, let me know... I need to get a hold of one ASAP...

I would also consider a NP241J RockTrac (Rubicon) Tcase if the price was right...

I've got a newly rebuilt NP242, 23 spline that I was going to put in my rig, but have changed my mind. It is originally out of a '90, but I found that the speedo coupling in my 99 plugged right in. I just replaced all of the seals and bearings, but have not tested it since I completed that work. It is currently set up to accept an RE hack and tap, but I have sold that seperately. (I do have a spare un-hacked output shaft, but it is not the late model tail cone if you go that route...) Looking for $250, so PM me if you're interested.

I'd really like to find something locally, and not have to deal with shipping/time... I found a low mile NP231 for $350 - But I'm still lookin'... Might be able to keep the 242 for a while with some minor work....

I could ship it to your for $400, it will probably cost me $80, but what the heck. Let me know. I know you will like this t-case, it worked good for me, but I found a good deal on a NV241 and got that.
