after some conversing with the boss i have learned. the hell with noodling, and jug fishing sounds ok, i would rather yoyo or troutline.

Does that mean you don't wanna go fishing with me? I'm disappointed.

And I think its trot-line... has nothing to do with trout. That's what a fly rod is for. What does a yo-yo have to do with fishing?

You've never been yo yo ing? search newb and ye shall find. it doesnt get much better. set em up go sit around a fire and drink then check em every couple hours. come do it on the red river and you'll have enough catfish to last

I'll let you know how it goes, I've never tried it before. Jugs have to be attended to, not just left hanging to trap fish, so I think there is some element of sport there. Maybe I'm just kidding myself.
